Jen is a highly skilled and experienced strategic marketing communications director with capabilities across the complete range of internal and external activities. With over 20 years of international experience, both in-house and agency side, she possesses a strategic outlook, has a strong business-focused approach and acts in an advisory capacity at a senior level to provide sound guidance on communications programmes and their measurable business benefit.
Over 20 years experience in marketing, internal and external communications across various industry sectors including oil and gas, construction, aviation, HSSEQ, tourism, luxury goods, hospitality, FMCG and public sector.
Andrew is an experienced recruitment, human resources and communications professional with over 30 years’ experience covering all aspects of human capital management and internal communications in an international environment.
His multi-sector recruitment experience comes from both the supplier and client side. He spent 20 years in the Middle East managing numerous strategic projects and initiatives, many of which included overseeing the recruitment of senior executives into C level roles.
From a consultancy perspective, he has directed governmental-level assignments such as the benchmarking of HR capability across government entities; assessing the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of governmental HR programs; assisting with the restructure of organisations to ensure that they are suitably structured to meet their mandates as well as the creation of competency frameworks, job descriptions, performance management systems, and HR policies and procedures.
